What You'll Do : Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound requests regarding API integrations from Klook partners, clients, and customer experience teams.

Create product mappings within the Klook dashboard to ensure seamless integration between reservation software and Klook.

Become a subject matter expert on all of Klook’s unique API integrations.

Prioritize API projects based on business impact and size.

Collaborate closely with Klook's R&D and Business teams to improve API performance.

Respond to merchant API-related inquiries by following established guidelines and protocols.

Communication Responsibilities :

Provide timely and professional responses to inbound requests from clients and partners.

Educate clients on API best practices to enhance their integration experience.

Act as the liaison between the Tech team, internal business teams, and business partners to drive end-to-end API projects to completion.

What You'll Need :

Attention to Detail & Patience : 70% of the work involves executing operational tasks, so precision is key.

Language Skills : speaking and listening to Mandarin is required; good English skills is a strong plus.

Preferred Education : Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a field that emphasizes logical thinking.

API-related Experience : Familiarity with API integration and project management.

Project Management Skills : Ability to manage projects and ensure timely API launches.
