Job Description

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MCU components aligned with business and technology roadmaps.

Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost competitiveness, quality standards, and long-term value creation.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to support new product development and lifecycle management.

Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to proactively manage risks and identify sourcing opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or related field.

A strong background in semiconductor or MCU sourcing, with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Proven ability to drive negotiations and build long-term supplier partnerships in a global environment.

Strong analytical and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration
