What you will do
Sales Strategy & Planning :
- Understand and execute the short-term to long-term sales strategy, to achieve the business goals & objectives
- Execute and implement the annual sales plan based on coach and guidance
- Follow-up and execute the annual customer plan for assigned customers
- Keep good communication with internal departments
- Ensure % compliance
Key Account Management :
Understand and follow-up relevant customer strategy for assigned key accounts based on the guideline and coachUpdate the sales pipeline in CRM system timelyGenerate customer visit report timely by using CRM tool and provide feedback about key customer intelligenceFollow-up the customer-centricity account plan to develop new businessDeal with complaints as interface between internal stakeholders from function teams and external stakeholders (key customers, value chain partners, association, downstream players), feedback the solutions to assigned customer on complains and inquiries timely.Business Development :
Build-up business acumen and market intelligence to identify and analyze potential business growth opportunities, understand competitive factors to support the business growthUnderstand the unmet needs of assigned customers, transfer the potential needs to Marketing and Product Management team to develop new products based on the coach and guidanceSupport market research including supply chain tracking, competitor information update and analysis, identify sales / market potential and cooperate with internal team (e.g. such as marketing, distributor team, etc.) to support further business growth and achieve sales targetsOther assigned related tasks and projectsWhat you will need
Education Background :
Bachelor degree or above in chemical, business, economics, Science and Engineering or similar.Skills / Capabilities / Working Experience Requirement :
Sales experience in Chemical / Electronics related industry will be preferredGood capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across teams and functionsGood skills in stakeholder and customer managementGood learning ability and agilityGood sense for problem solving, can identify the problems and analyze the root reason based on the coach and guidanceStrong willingness to grow and step out of comfortable zone with own initiativesStrong willingness and ownership to achieve business growth and goals & objectivesGood capability to work well under pressureHighly self-motivating, open minded and diligent attitudeLanguages, Certificates and Skills :
Chinese with fluency in Mandarin is a mustWorkable English communication skill in written and reading, good oral English skill is a plusOther Requirements :
