Job Description : The Role :
Entegris is seeking a Sr. Specialist Talent Acquisition to join our team base in Hsinchu, Taiwan.
This position will be responsible for recruitment activities in Taiwan and supporting global recruiting projects and initiatives.
The focus of this position will be on Management, T echnical and Operations positions across multiple Entegris sites but will be expected to be a utility-player and work on all job types during high business demands.

We are looking for an individual that has proven success and a passion in developing sourcing and recruiting strategies to drive the business through high quality hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers, HRBP , Global Talent Acquisition team to help grow, identify, attract and hire the very best candidates. This role is critical to our success and clients’ satisfaction.
In this role you will :
Full life cycle recruiting which includes writing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, feedback, offer negotiation, closing and recruitment system updates;
Partner with hiring managers to find the right talent in a timely manner;
Develop sourcing strategies to insure a consistent flow of qualified candidates;
Review applications and coordinate interviews / screens;
Identify candidates with the appropriate skills and knowledge for open & future jobs using various recruiting and sourcing methods
Proactively search on traditional and non-traditional data sources such as : job boards, internal databases, search engines, social media, web mining and referrals, etc.;
Maintains strong knowledge of search techniques and sourcing searches;
Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions.
Coach interview teams in successful selection practices;
Develop strategy and long-term plan for campus relationships and young talents engagement
Lead and participate in ad hoc projects.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate :
At least 10 years working experiences in Talent acquisition domain; be familiar with W day system is plus ;
Experienced with full life cycle recruiting in MNC or Semi industry ;
Proven ability in working with multinational matrix organization;
Demonstrated success in both corporate and contingency recruiting;
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and web based recruiting tools;
Ability to assess available candidate pools and provide feedback to hiring managers based on market conditions;
Experience in offer negotiation and closing;
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
