JD :

Support Head of FPM&T on performance management, deliver respective reporting and deliverable requirements to various stakeholders, ensure information prepared is accurate and timely based on respective requirements, and align with the Company strategic direction.

1) Performance & Management Reporting :

  • Manage and deliver management reporting requirements : for example, business plans and quarterly business reviews, performance reports and forecast for internal management and Group submissions.
  • Analyze financial impacts of new business initiatives and changes in the market environment. Ensure key KPIs and underlying business performance are closely monitored and managed.
  • Provide timely & accurate reports and analysis to internal and external stakeholders in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, internal governance and Group policies.

2) Project Management : Manage projects or initiatives, engage with project dependencies and various stakeholders to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

3) Manage and deliver ad-hoc requests from Management and Group

4) Support the compliance requirements and related processes / procedures, such as internal auditors, Sox audits, compliance reviews etc.

Qualification :

  • Business / Economics / Finance / Actuarial / Accounting related qualification
  • Minimum 8 years of finance / actuarial experience, life insurance experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.
  • Strong business acumen, with an aptitude for both strategic, broad, and critical thinking
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and operate under pressure and tight timelines
  • Strong integrity and motivation to learn and deliver quality submissions on time.
