MAIN OBJECTIVES :
• Coordination and organization capability to achieve the goal in the international company
• Understand customers’ requirements and needs.
• Ability of breakthrough, close collaboration with THG and STG related department or even with other internal BU’s to develop the business win new opportunities or enlarge our SAM.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Customer relationship management and develop new customers and applications
• Proactively engage with customers to win new opportunities
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements.
• Close collaboration with Product Marketing team to support value proposition.
• Understand future needs and make recommendations.
• Ensure smooth technical deployment of evaluations at customer sites.
• Collaboration with Engineering team to answer to customers’ questions.
• Annual plan defines and executes
• Extend global strategy to local Strategy defines and follow up.
• Well manage forecast, billing and booking
• Collaborate with internal departments and interface in between to make sure the satisfaction of customers

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
• Engineering degree, mechanical, EE, material, science engineering in related fields of study.
• Sales experience at least 5 years
• Experience in IC testing will be preferred
• Understanding of the semiconductor testing process(CP and FT)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ideas.
• Able to produce sales reports with reliable quality
• Ability to adapt on different environments and work based on priorities.
• Overseas travelling is acceptable
• Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Able to work in an international business environment and communicate with multiple departments or organization at the same time to close the loop
• Strong skills for organization, efficiency, and management skills.
• Strong ethics, diplomatic, patience, good listening skills and can interact with a diverse group of senior management personnel.

• Confident, independent, and self-sufficient.
• Fluent in English.
