Responsibilities :
Lead product management and ordering for current and future seasonal plans.
Support HKTW's top CFOPs in annual and seasonal planning with ideas and presentations in HK & TW.
Maintain strong relationships with key influencers and community leaders in HKTW.
Monitor and identify key consumer trends.
Focus on product stories, marketing launches, and seeding strategies to ensure a culturally relevant, transformative, and consumer-centric approach in all marketing efforts.
Have experience in cultural marketing and a deep understanding of the Visionary consumer, the Catalyst landscape, and Nike’s role within it.
Have a strong understanding of market trends and Nike's brand values.
Be passionate about sports and able to identify Nike and CBM's unique positioning.
Existing relationships in this field are a plus.
Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with entertainers and influencers.
Drive marketing strategies through relationships with key talent and industry leaders in film, music and TV.
Requirements :
5+ years of experience within branding marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, display and events; exposure within street culture, Influencer or Energy based marketing role will be a plus
Strong network and relationships with influencers, industry leaders and pioneers in art, creative, design, fashion
Excellent knowledge and genuine passion for sneaker culture, fashion, art design and the Nike brand
Concrete experience managing complex projects, programs and activations that have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders
Previous experience in Sports Company will be an advantage
Fluency in English & Chinese
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills are essential; good people acumen and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated collaborative orientation in team environment and a very high level of personal efficiency
Ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
