Responsibilities :

Provide on-site leadership for the project team, fostering motivation and collaboration to achieve project goals and milestones.

Inspire our world-class engineering team with a compelling product vision, long-term product roadmap, and short-term milestone delivery.

Define and analyze metrics that drive product and feature development.

Identify and deconstruct complex business problems, clarify user needs, and translate requirements into well-defined features, software requirement documents, and business logic.

Ensure all development processes and deliveries comply with information security and privacy regulations.

Identify new business opportunities based on the existing technology platform and near-term development capabilities, and develop products to support these opportunities.

Requirement :

A decisive leader with a focus on delivering results, meticulous attention to detail, a passion for data, and exceptional organizational skills. Adaptable to various roles and adept at navigating uncertainties.

A compelling communicator with the ability to lead effectively in customer-facing situations.

Demonstrates a willingness to go the extra mile, committed to acquiring new domain knowledge, particularly in the medical industry.

Possesses over 6 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role (e.g., project manager).

Brings a track record of successful tenures at leading tech companies or well-funded startups.

Holds a degree in engineering, computer science, or a field related to the medical domain.
