Job Description :

Provide environment, health, and safety (EHS) technical support services for 3M Taiwan Research & Development (R&D) Laboratory operations.

• Initiate and complete activities leading to new or improved safety methods or processes which have significant impact potential at a program or project level within 3M Taiwan R&D.
• Perform EHS risk assessments and determine and execute action items to mitigate risk.
• Collect and analyze EHS data and reports trends and results to EHS and operations leadership.
• Develop and present EHS training packages.
• Investigate EHS incidents and near misses and develop action items to address root causes.
• Conduct EHS program self-assessments.
