What You Will Do

Develop strategies to win business share and drive the company's profitable growth through analyzing market and customer product development directions and demand trends, and exploring the strengths and weaknesses of competitors' products,
Responsible for promoting the company's product solutions to customers and communicating with customers' R&D personnel about the structure, performance, application, and other technical requirements of the products.
Responsible for following up on the progress of new project verifications, creating project plans, and ensuring projects smoothly enter mass production.
ordinate internal resources to resolve various technical, delivery, and quality issues raised by customers, regularly visit customers, and conduct business negotiations with them.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor or above degree in science, engineering or related fields such as marketing.

Outgoing personality, good at communication, proactive, eager to learn, willing to share, and skilled at influencing and motivating others.

Able to face challenges positively, result-oriented, good at creatively solving problems, and able to grow quickly in a changing environment.
