Position Summary :
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join Be@me's team. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of HR in Hong Kong. The HRBP will be instrumental in aligning local HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR expertise and be adept at collaborating with management to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with business leaders to craft HR strategies that support overarching business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment initiatives aimed at attracting and selecting high-caliber talent.
- Coordinate payroll operations with vendors to guarantee timely and precise employee compensation.
- Facilitate organizational change efforts to boost productivity and enhance employee engagement.
- Enforce HR policies that adhere to labor laws and uphold industry best practices.
- Evaluate HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process enhancements and informed decision-making.
- Act as a reliable resource for employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of positivity in the workplace.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and the latest developments in employment legislation.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to fulfill staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Offer expertise in talent management, encompassing workforce planning, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.Strong grasp of HR principles, practices, and Taiwan employment laws.Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Proficiency in data analysis and strategic insight provision.Effective organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple priorities.Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is advantageous
