Job Description
- Design, develop, and test hardware components for server platforms (x86 / GPU-based) and industrial / manufacturing systems.
- Conduct schematic and PCB-level design, including component selection, layout planning, and performance validation.
- Execute signal integrity analysis, system-level debugging, and root cause analysis with structured reporting.
- Perform end-to-end interface review and self-audit checklists, ensuring robust design before production release.
- Collaborate with software and cross-functional teams to optimize overall system integration and performance.
- Develop test plans, perform measurements with oscilloscopes and other lab tools, and document results for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during new product introduction (NPI) and assist in product ramp-up for mass production.
- Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging hardware technologies, and evolving standards to drive continuous innovation.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development for x86 or GPU-based platforms, preferably in cloud server or data center design.Solid knowledge of electronic circuit design, preferably in computer, server, or embedded systems.Proficient in tools such as OrCAD, Concept-HDL, Allegro, and familiar with oscilloscope and lab measurement techniques.Experience in hardware-software co-design and system-level performance tuning is a plus.Familiarity with industry compliance standards and manufacturing processes.Self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
