Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of data administration and data standardization practices. Ability to handle high-stress situations with stakeholder groups and consult with line management to ensure smooth operations.

Job Description
- Overseeing the IT department, ensuring it aligns with the business objectives of the organization.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring IT systems in an efficient and effective manner.
- Coordinating IT-related projects and ensuring timely delivery.
- Training staff and users to work with new computer hardware or software.
- Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring IT facilities meet these needs.
- Ensuring software licensing laws are adhered to.
- Providing secure access to the network for remote users.
- Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attacks.
