Key Responsibilities
1. Technically and commercially support the sales process – initiatives, upsells and new opportunities.
2. Product / solution presentation and demonstration
3. Solution design and specification
4. RFP / RFI overall response responsibility
5. Provide detailed specifications and SOW for customer requests / new requirements
6. Product trials and POC’s management
7. Work and communicate efficiently with the customer, internal and external.
8. Enabling new sales opportunities by constantly collecting information about customer’s new requirements, changes in customer’s technical environment, competitive situations etc.
9. Initial Product implementation management
10.Actively work with the Post Sales team / Project team & help them in addressing any technical post-sales issues
11.Responsible for handover activities from the sales team to the project / deployment team once the Purchase Order is issued
12. Attend marketing events, trade shows and relevant conferences as required.
