Responsibilities
A successful candidate shall have demonstrated ability in scientific programming with strong working knowledge in computational electromagnetics (field theory) or computational geometry. Knowledge of optical modeling, scatterometry and metrology is a big plus.
Works on sophisticated problems that impact the success of current and future products in modeling and algorithm for metrology. Tasks include developing a problem statement in working with customers, research into particular solutions, develop code, and test prototypes; design, code, and test / integrate into tool product software.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and improving algorithms, measurement capabilities, system optical models, calibrations development, analysis tools for optical metrology applications, and customer interaction with algorithmic aspects.
In addition, the candidate is expected to possess good oral and written skills (English) to demonstrate his or her own thoughts, communicate with other engineers and applications, locally or internationally, on a daily basis.
