Technical Support Engineer

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience of semi-conductor equipment hardware / software support / troubleshooting / installation, (PVD / CVD / Etch)
• Support Field Service Team about tool trouble shooting, CIP implementation, technical info consulting
• Coordinate with Product Support and Field Service teams for issue / escalation / solution communication
• Conduct Technical Material / Training and CSB / FSB / PSB to Field Service Team and customer
