AI Deployment Technical Manager

Job DescriptionThe candidate will be responsible for the jobs below and report to Architect leader and customer support leader.

1. Collaborate with MediaTek core AI software team, to solve AI / GAI model deployment and optimization issues, from both internal and external requests.

2. Evaluate or realize modern AI / GAI models suitable for automotive driving or infotainment fields.

3. Participate in taskforce to design and define new chip platform with AI / GAI capability.

4. Be agile and active to contribute across AI related software codebase, including AI model modification, custom GPU operation, API design, and software architecture.

5. Mentor junior engineers and form a team.

RequirementQualification

1. M.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields .

2. 4+ years of AI model deployment or optimization relevant work or research experience.

3. Concrete work experience with AI model inference framework, e.g., TensorRT.

4. Experience in AI model performance analysis, profiling, and model modification.

5. Strong programming skills in C / C++, and familiarity with Python.

6. Ability to work independently and lead your own development effort.

Plus

1. Experience in programmable DSP libraries, e.g., OpenCL, OpenCV, cuBLAS, CUTLASS or CUDA programming.

2. Good understanding of linear algebra.

3. Experience in model deployment by DLA accelerators

4. Experience in Windows DirectML.

5. Experience in designing high level software architecture.

6. Familiarity with the latest trends in machine learning.

7. Experiences in model training and precision tuning.
