Job DescriptionJob Summary :

The HR Senior Staffing Specialist is responsible for leveraging their HR domain know-how to plan and drive the implementation of various HR programs. In addition to program development, this role requires a strong capability in using Tableau for planning and executing sophisticated reporting. You will play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making, providing valuable insights to the HR function.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR programs in line with business objectives. HR topics include performance, workforce, organization and job level management
  • Play a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making, providing valuable insights to the HR function
  • Work collaboratively with HR teams, business leaders to deliver high-quality HR programs and initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for the adoption of new HR strategies and tools.

LI-LL1RequirementQualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree and above. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR program development and implementation. Longer Experience is welcomed.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with a high sense of achievement and purpose.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a global organization headquarter and co-working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in implementing HR platforms.
  • Has high-level of module design structure thinking. Manage and drive the implementation of key HR projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and communication.
  • Has robust analytical mindset, proficiency with data analysis tools like Tableau, and the ability to convey complex HR data into actionable reports and presentations.
