Main Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing plan and design marketing programs to drive the short-term and long-term business growth. For all key products, define clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning.
- Analyze market competition & trends, customer data and perform market feasibility evaluations to maximize business opportunity and drive brand awareness.
- Execute a full spectrum of product marketing activities, including seminars, exhibitions, advertising, database marketing, joint-promotional programs, and marketing collaterals, to increase demand generation and brand awareness.
- Develop new product launch plan and discipline execution in collaboration with sales team and various functional team
- Prepare materials for product brochure production, sales presentation, sales data analysis and forecasting
- Intimate product knowledge and can speak with confident authority about them
- Build strong network and rapport with key opinion leaders within the relevant therapeutic areas
- Provide support to sales team to better utilize sales aids and medical publications, work closely with sales team in developing KOLs and collect market intelligence
- Coordinate and follow up on inquiries and requests from sales organization
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives
- Work closely with regional marketing to collaborate with regional marketing activities
- Experience in digital marketing will be a benefit
Qualifications :
Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplineMinimum 3 years’ experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience in both sales and marketing is strongly preferredSolid experience and knowledge in surgical field, O&G or medical device is a plus, yet is a quick learner, and is willing to go beyond what s / he knows alreadySelf-motivated with strong communications skill, creative thinking and with strong business senseGood presentation and communication skills to both written and spoken in English, MandarinWork independentlyA proven track record to be a superb team playerBe comfortable of using digital technology in executing marketing initiatives nowadays
