Job Description

Lead planning and logistics activities for two major factories in Taiwan, ensuring seamless material availability and cost-efficient delivery.

Manage 3PL relationships, warehouse contracts, and transport infrastructure, aligned with global frameworks.

Oversee 0-3 year planning cycles, including end-item planning, demand / supply balancing, and escalation handling.

Represent Taiwan's Planning & Delivery function globally, deploying and maintaining planning and logistics standards in alignment with global operations.

The Successful Applicant

15+ years of experience in high-tech supply chain leadership, preferably in semiconductor or capital equipment industries.

Strong in both tactical planning and operational logistics, with transformation and program management exposure.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills across senior and global levels.

Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and strategic mindset with the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
