Job Description
Manage the day-to-day operations of site facilities, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, utilities, building maintenance, and janitorial services.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and compliance.
Lead capital improvement projects for facility upgrades, expansions, and energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all local, regional, and corporate health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage contracts and performance of third-party service providers, including cleaning, pest control, security, and landscaping.
Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, including maintenance costs, utilities, and project expenditures.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain to support business needs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive sustainability efforts including energy conservation, water management, and waste reduction programs.
Lead facility-related emergency response planning, inspections, and drills.
Ensure effective asset management and documentation, including facility drawings, SOPs, and maintenance records.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Facilities Management; advanced degree is a plus.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facility management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Proven knowledge of building systems, utilities, preventive maintenance, and EHS compliance.
Experience managing capital projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
