Job description

1、創建並帶領銷售團隊開發全球市場，並協助銷售對重點產品線推廣、詢報價、訂單、回款、庫存等工作進展進行管理及審核，完成部門制定的業績目標；

2、建立海外銷售網絡與銷售管理體系，並開拓和細分海外市場；

3、積極開展海外市場調查、分析、預測；做好海外市場信息的收集、整理，並及時反饋給有關部門；

4、負責海外銷售團隊的組建和管理，包括招聘、培訓、考核激勵、績效改進、工作紀律、團隊活動等，以及與有關部門配合完善相關的管理制度。

1、5年以上IC海外銷售經驗，2年以上銷售團隊管理經驗；

2、具備良好的英語溝通與閱讀能力，熟悉外國人語言習慣者優先；

3、有較豐富的帶領團隊攻克開發大中型客護的經驗，豐富的拜訪客護經驗及優秀的談判技巧；

4、熟悉元器件行業市場發展現狀，有較豐富的海外客護渠道；

5、對各種管理辦法有壹定認識，對部門制度和管理能進行戰略性和全局性思考。
