You’ll oversee property management, ensure compliance with EHS standards, and negotiate leases that optimize costs. Your day will be all about collaboration—working closely with internal customers to align space requirements and services while identifying opportunities for improvement. From managing facility operations to supporting construction projects, you'll be at the heart of keeping our locations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. - Lead and Oversee : Manage leases, review maintenance, and ensure compliance with EHS and security standards across all locations.
- Collaborate : Partner with internal customers to align space requirements, optimize operational expenses, and drive continuous cost improvements.
- Develop and Execute : Create maintenance plans, build investment applications, and oversee facility management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive Compliance : Represent Siemens Energy in legal matters, adhere to statutory regulations, and ensure compliance with local laws and sustainability policies.
- Strategize and Support : Implement real estate strategies, manage external rental contracts, and support construction projects with essential documentation and coordination. What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 8 years of experience in real estate management, including maintenance or fit-out projects.
- Expertise in multiple Corporate Real Estate disciplines like Asset Management, Property Management, Facility Management, and legal aspects.
- Advanced coordination, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
- Fluent communication abilities in both English and Mandarin.
- A strong customer orientation, high ethical standards, and a results-driven mindset.
