Duties / Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships;
- Negotiate and close agreements; maintain old business and acquire new clients;
- Develop trusted relationships with key IB, and community; Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value;
- Achieve the monthly set target;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our service according to client needs and objectives;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders;
- Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas;
- Forecast and track key clients metrics (e.g. monthly deposit / top-up results and quarterly forecasts);
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
Favorable – Forex Industry Background.Minimum 3 years experience in sales and / or business development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Benefits
