Our client is a global leader for Food & Beverage industry with diversified portfolio of iconic brands. They are now looking for a National Sales Manager and oversee the assigned channels across whole Taiwan region.

Job Description

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement national sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
• Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to deliver consistent performance and foster a high-performance culture.
• Channel Development : Identify growth opportunities, optimize distribution networks, and strengthen relationships with key GT partners and distributors.
• Budget Management : Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
• Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and adapt strategies.
• Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.
