About Our Client

Our client is a global leader for Food & Beverage industry with diversified portfolio of iconic brands. They are now looking for a National Sales Manager and oversee the assigned channels across whole Taiwan region.

Job Description

Strategic Planning : Develop and implement national sales strategies for assigned channels to achieve volume, value, and profitability targets.
Team Leadership : Manage, coach, and motivate regional sales teams to deliver consistent performance and foster a high-performance culture.
Channel Development : Identify growth opportunities, optimize distribution networks, and strengthen relationships with key GT partners and distributors.
Budget Management : Prepare and monitor annual sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Market Insights : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making and adapt strategies.
Compliance & Standards : Ensure adherence to company policies, trade regulations, and ethical business practices.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.

The Successful Applicant

12+ years solid sales management experience in MNC FMCG industry

Familiar with General Trade channels and experience in managing wholesalers and distributors is a big plus

Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team.

Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Growth mindset and data driven with high learning agility and flexibility

Strong business acumen and embrace new changes
