YOUR ROLE

Determine the strategic approach to key accounts, aligning

teams, innovation, and product development with customer expectations to

drive business results

Lead a team dedicated to innovation project development and

execution at our top customers' development centers in Taichung, TW

Demonstrate professional global project management, ensuring

transparency on Henkel activities and delivered value to customers

Cultivate robust and lasting relationships with customers and

internal stakeholders across all communication levels

Regularly interact with Henkel Sales, Application Engineering,

Marketing, and Innovation teams across Asia and India to ensure seamless

collaboration

Lead negotiations with highly strategic, and multi-faceted

approach, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes

YOUR SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree and above

Technical background is preferred

Minimum of ten (10) years experience in Sales, Key Account

Management of chemical industry and / or manufacturing is required

Minimum of five (5) years experience of leading team is

required

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English are required

Ability to work seamlessly with diverse team members across

multiple countries

Base location is Taichung, up to 30% local business travel

Proficient in navigating a matrix organization, leading through

strategic thinking, and adept at building relationships with professionals

at senior organizational levels
