Job Description

Define and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Lead and mentor the sales department to optimize performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief Commercial Officer should have :

A strong background in the transport & distribution industry, carrier experience is a must.

Proven expertise in leading large-scale sales teams and operations.

Exceptional ability to analyze and interpret market data.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

A degree in business, sales, or a related field.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
