Ensure the well function of local controlling system
- Oversee local Controlling policies, processes, and practices following requirements from the Headquarter, framework, and best business practice
- Standardize and constantly improve forecasting, reporting process, including analytical results presentation and tools
- Provide transparent business cases analysis for all strategic projects throughout the year (incl. corresponding internal & the Head-quarter’s approval processes)
- Ensure the achievement of profit-targets; identify chances, and in case of risks suitable countermeasures
- Act as a business advisor to local management to enhance decision making processes
- Establish a comprehensive outlook on company financials over the mid- to long-term
- Develop and implement a consistent, effective controlling tools and templates that are uniformly used throughout the company
- Monitor Transfer pricing
Conduct / Supervise relevant reports to management
Ensure a timely and accurate financial reporting to local management board and to the HeadquarterContact directly with the Headquarter and local CEO & CFO to update them the monthly financial results including report on all planed items with special focus on Contribution 1 sales, option loads, discounts, costsTake charge of forecasting and budgeting for the entire subsidiaryBe the key contact person for Headquarter related to above mattersEmploy new technologies for more efficiency (e.g. Power BI)Risk and Directive Management :
Support Risk management reporting to Headquarter, ICS, Business Continuity ManagementDirective management for controlling related processesInsurance : Coordinate and organize all insurancesQualificationsQualifications
Basic Qualification :
Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAt least ten years of working experience in Financial controlling or FP&AAt least five years of management working experienceProficiency with accounting standards, Taiwanese financial and tax law, IFRS and SAP FI / CO knowledgeFluent in EnglishPreferred Qualification :
High levels of Integrity and ComplianceStrong analytical skills, leadership skills, ability to work under pressureOrganized, quality and goal oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, critical thinking, multitasking, strong attention to detailsAbility to communicate with 1st and 2nd level management, advanced conflict management skillsInternational company working experience is an advantageContactContact
