工作內容

1. 由公司提供名單或自行開發，外撥電話邀請客戶申辦信用卡與公司指定商品，說明商品權益及相關注意事項並協助客戶完成後續申辦流程。

2. 對於客戶所提產品疑問提供正確解說，處理客戶抱怨事項

3. 完成公司指派工作項目，並達成各項目標與KPI

資格

1. 高中職(含)以上畢業。

2. 具有信用卡客戶服務或申辦信用卡或電銷經驗尤佳。

3. 嚴格遵守銀行的作業流程，與銀行所要求的相關準則與措施。

4. 具備良好的客戶溝通與行銷技巧，抗壓性強，努力達成業績目標

5. 熟悉電腦操作, 例如 : Word, Excel…等。
