【What You Will Do?】

  • Support sales and CRM (Veeva) data preparation, validation, and reporting.
  • Maintain standard reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI .
  • Support cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.

【What We Are Looking For?】

  • Undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related fields).
  • Strong Excel skills are required (formulas, basic analysis).
  • Experience with Power BI, automation, or Python is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, logical, and eager to learn.

    • 【What You Will Gain?】

  • Hands-on exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM (Veeva) operations.
  • Practical experience in sales performance management and incentive mechanics.
  • Mentorship and structured on-the-job learning.

    • 【 Who can apply?】

  • Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student.
  • Working time : at least days per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Clear Communicator : Able to articulate task progress, issues, and support needs in a concise and structured manner.
  • Accountable & Collaborative : Proactive in asking questions and clarifying ambiguity; takes ownership of responsibilities and contributes effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-Oriented & Logical Thinker : Maintains accuracy when managing large volumes of data; able to think analytically, structure tasks efficiently, and monitor progress.
