Job Mission

To ensure the implementation of Quality, OH&S, Environmental system, assist company to achieve quality goal and compliance to customer requirement.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of product meet customer specification and fitness for use.
• Prepare relevant quality report for management review.
• Enhance/upgrade employee personal skill from time to time.
• Process/Contamination continual improvement to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
• Coordinate, lead and guide the matter of process discrepancy and product non-conformity.
• Perform other task as per designated by superior.

Accountabilities & Authorities

• Ensure the operation process is justified and complied to process control plan.
• Ensure the quality activity is implemented as per schedule for environment checking, correlation and those may affect to product quality.
• Ensure the quality concern/problem is fixed at expected time and phase in new program successfully.
• Ensure the precise information/data is provided for weekly, monthly, quarterly report and quality report.
• Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

• Preferably tertiary Education in Engineering discipline with minimum 1 year experience in similar field or SPM qualification with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, gage repeatability & reproducibility, SPC, QC 7 tools, geometry, quality plan and clean room knowledge.
• Personal capability – professional conduct by :

  b. Orderly and systematic work practices and actions
  c. Immediate alert on problems and providing as much necessary information
• Continually improve on knowledge and skills of supervision, data analysis, contamination control and problem solving
• Skill in computer literature, communication and handling of worker discipline.
