QE Senior Executive/ Executive / Senior Engineer

Job Mission

To ensure the implementation of Quality, OH&S, Environmental system, assist company to achieve quality goal and improve supplier quality consistency.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of product meet customer specification and fitness for use.
• Prepare relevant quality report for management review.
• Liaise with supplier and MA group on global material quality.
• Continues work with supplier to improve process/contamination control to meet customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the customer’s new/revised/addition requirement is proper channel and practiced.
• Responsible for supplier performance rating.
• Performs duties in compliance with RBA.
• Perform other task as per designated by superior.

Accountabilities & Authorities

• Work with PMC to develop new potential supplier.
• Perform periodic audit at supplier premises and quality system survey for new supplier.
• Disposition of incoming material non-conformity.
• Ensure the precise information/data is provided for weekly, monthly, quarterly report and quality report.
• Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision.

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

• Preferably tertiary qualification with minimum 1 year experience in similar field or SPM qualification with minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity ( potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided ).
• Technically competent and knowledgeable on ISO 9001, correlation, gage repeatability & reproducibility, SPC and QC 7 tools, product process and clean room knowledge.
