Job Mission

To ensure maximum utilization of production capacity in MPS planning

Job Responsibilities

• Manpower / line arrangement for daily prod confirmation
• Ensure output / in stock follow the MPS
• In process quality issue analysis & solution
• Productivity and scrap rate planning & monitoring
• Leave arrangement for AE / Leader / FSO
• shift rotation arrangement
• Trial run process handling
• Shipment status follow up
• Performs duties in compliance with RBA
• Stock take handling

Accountabilities & Authorities

• Ensures the achievement of daily productivity and quality
• Arranges manpower in accordance to production requirement
• Arranges and prepare material
• In-charge of manpower discipline and attendance
• Ensures and control WIP in production
• Provides relevant production report
• Provides training to direct operator
• Performs other production administration duties as directed by superior
• Supervise and approve personnel affairs under the supervision

Competency – Knowledge & Skill

• Minimum SPM requirement/ Certificate In Engineering Discipline with 3 years’ experience in similar capacity ( potential fresh graduate will consider as training is provided )
• Skill in leadership & communication
• Continually improve on knowledge and skills of manpower arrangement & product knowledge
