IT Project Manager

Your Role

The role of IT Project Manager will involve:

• Work with local team to fulfill adequate business requirements and in alignment with Zeiss Standard applications and methodologies
• Own end-to-end delivery of IT projects (Business related or Corp IT related), from demand intake to go-live
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions with measurable outcomes
• Ensure all initiatives are aligned with CIT governance and Zeiss standards.
• Drive execution discipline, timeline control, and delivery accountability.
• User requirement analysis, documentation and project management of all relevant Projects (Standard applications, in-house developed or/ and outsourced applications)
• Manage related IT projects from feasibility study to delivery sacle and speed
• Take full responsibility for project process, delivery, quality control, change management and cost control.
• Usage of project management methodology in assigned projects including but not limited to planning, business analysis, communication, risk management etc.
• Good communication skills with special requirements from other Business Units
• Good development skills on Power Platform for internal process flow improvement
  

Your Experience

Competence

• Minimum 3-5 years of project manager experience
• Experience in end-to-end delivery (not coordination only)
• Hands-on experience in: Power Platform, Process Automation, Business solution implementation
• Wide range of IT process knowledge such as order-2-cash, procure-2-pay, finance flow and IT solution knowledge such as ERP, CRM, SharePoint application, Power Platform, any other BI Tools…etc.
• Languages: English (business fluent in conversations)
  

Nice to have hands on experience of

• SAP ERP (SAP is plus)CRM (Salesforce is plus)

• Possess mobility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work under pressure and good time management skill
• Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines and procedures.
• Organize work, set priorities and meet critical time deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, superiors, venders and others sufficiently to exchange or convey information.
