Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for A&H products to achieve sales and growth targets.
Oversee the end-to-end management of digital platforms, including website, mobile apps, and online sales channels.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, IT, Operations) and external vendors to deliver seamless digital solutions.
Monitor and analyze digital sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Lead digital projects, including platform enhancements, new feature launches, and process automation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all digital initiatives.
Provide training and support to internal teams on digital tools and processes.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital insurance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
3+ years’ experience in e-commerce, digital solutions, or insurance (A&H experience preferred).
Strong project management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Innovative, customer-focused, and results-driven.
