Supervisor, Business Intelligence
Key responsibilities1. Implement BI strategies and data-driven mindset2. Analyze and interpret data to provide- and effectively present actionable insights3. Engage with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals4. Support the implementation of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions. Main job tasks1. Implement BI strategies and data-driven mindset- Design and implement BI tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making- Define and implement KPIs and reporting standards to measure business success- Support data-driven mindset in the organization 2. Analyze and interpret data to provide- and effectively present actionable insights - Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to support business decision-making.- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders- Create interactive dashboards and charts to effectively communicate data stories.3. Engage with stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions aligned with business goals- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and business drivers- Develop and roll-out solutions aligned to business goals- Provide regular updates and proactively address key challenges and opportunities4. Support the implementation of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions- Apply new and emerging technologies to improve data analysis and reportingQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.- Proficiency in statistical programming languages, data/scripting programming languages, and business intelligence software.- Proven expertise in utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights.- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, data storytelling, and visualization.- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving data-driven decision-making.
