The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role within the Asia team driving sales growth strengthening strategic partner relationships and increasing the visibility of HX across key growth markets in the region. The role is responsible for developing and executing market-specific business plans actively engaging with trade partners supporting joint marketing initiatives and ensuring distribution partners are equipped with the knowledge tools and support required to successfully represent and sell HX products.

As a key brand ambassador you will represent HX at trade events roadshows training sessions and marketing activations throughout Asia helping to expand our market presence and build long-term commercial success. This position requires a highly organized detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic and multicultural environment. Strong relationship management commercial acumen and problem-solving capabilities are essential to success in this role.
