Supervisor, Business Intelligence

Key responsibilities

1. Implement BI strategies and data-driven mindset

2. Analyze and interpret data to provide- and effectively present actionable insights
3. Engage with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals

4. Support the implementation of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions.

Main job tasks

1. Implement BI strategies and data-driven mindset
- Design and implement BI tools and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Define and implement KPIs and reporting standards to measure business success

- Support data-driven mindset in the organization

2. Analyze and interpret data to provide- and effectively present actionable insights
- Identify trends patterns and correlations to support business decision-making.
- Translate data findings into clear actionable recommendations for stakeholders

- Create interactive dashboards and charts to effectively communicate data stories.

3. Engage with stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and business drivers

- Develop and roll-out solutions aligned to business goals
- Provide regular updates and proactively address key challenges and opportunities

4. Support the implementation of advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions
- Apply new and emerging technologies to improve data analysis and reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field required. Advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or related roles.
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages data/scripting programming languages and business intelligence software.
- Proven expertise in utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement data storytelling and visualization.

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving data-driven decision-making.
