We are seeking a skilled and proactiveAssistant Director of Engineering to support the leadership of our engineering team ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities and drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities主要職責

Engineering Operations & Maintenance工程維修&營運管理
Ensure all preventive maintenance programs repair requests and work orders are completed efficiently and accurately recorded. Develop and implement monthly maintenance plans.
負責預防性保養計畫維修需求及工程工單之執行與管理確保作業完整記錄並制定每月維護計畫

Team Leadership & Execution團隊領導與執行力
Lead guide and motivate the engineering team while ensuring accountability and high performance standards.
帶領工程團隊有效分配工作並提升團隊執行力與責任感

Project Support專案管理與支援
Support renovation projects when required ensuring quality and timelines are met.
支援飯店翻新或整修專案確保進度與品質符合標準

Sustainability & Energy Management永續與節能管理
Initiate and implement energy conservation programs aligned with hotel sustainability goals.
推動並執行節能與永續發展計畫提升資源使用效率

Qualifications任職條件

• Minimum 58 years of experience in a similar role within an international 5-star hotel
  具備5至8年以上國際五星級飯店相關工程管理經驗
• Experience in pre-opening or renovation projects preferred
  具開幕籌備或翻新/整修專案經驗者尤佳
• Proven leadership skills with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  具領導能力與高度責任感
• Ability to initiate and drive energy-saving programs
  能主導並推動節能與環保相關計畫
• Fluent in Mandarin with intermediate English communication skills
  能流利以中文溝通並具備英文中等溝通能力
