Create Visual Stories That Communicate Clearly

• Produce visual design work across brand campaign social media infographic and report design projects.
• Translate ideas into layouts and visuals that guide understanding.
• Support storytelling through thoughtful hierarchy and composition.
• Apply feedback to strengthen clarity and impact.

Support Integrated Creative Work

• Collaborate with designers video storytellers and account teams.

The Heros Background: Qualifications

Your Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in visual or graphic design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience producing design work across digital platforms.
• Comfort collaborating in English with regional and global teams.
  
• Agency or in-house creative team experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.
• Experience in motion design or video editing is a plus.
• Interest in motion video or mixed media is welcomed.
