In this role you will act asthekey interfaceregarding all aspects ofthequalitybetween theproduct development engineering teams andourmanufacturingvalue-added will lead thequality requirements andmanufacturingprocesses ensuring the manufactured productsmeet the design intent as well asworking withvarious cross-functional teamsjointlyresponsible forthe overall quality programthroughout theentireproduct lifecycle.

DutiestobePerformed

• Leadthe overallmanufacturing quality managementprogram includingthereview ofprocessesandSIPs for IQC IPQC OQCandFAIthe developmentofprocessesandSIPs forGRROBA and ORTandthequalityvalidationsofprocedures andSOPsforSMT DIP andFATP.
• Work directly withmanufacturing partnersSupplyChainManagementTeam andProductDevelopmentEngineering Teamsto developproductspecificqualify inspection monitoring and verificationprocedures and processes.
• ReviewSCARs forcomponentsuppliersand 8Dsfrom manufacturing partners implementquality trainingprograms and/or additional quality requirements based on 8Ds andtrack SCARs and 8Dforcontinuous component and manufacturing quality improvement.
• Coordinate with Product Managerstoreview RMAclaimsfrom customers toconductroot-cause analysis with the manufacturing partners andtodrivethecorrectiveresolutionsaspart of the overall improvement plan.
• WorkwithManufacturingTest Engineers andProductionEngineers to validateand to ensurethemanufacturing environment and production setup across the entireproductionsystematallmanufacturing sitesareestablishedand maintainedaccording to thesamequalitystandards.
• Teamup withProductionEngineers andmanufacturing partnerstomonitoron-goingproductionqualityand tocontinuouslyimprove manufacturingquality including that ofproduct assemblytest setup andtesting environment.
• SupportProduction Engineersonmanufacturing process simplification optimization and standardization to achieve stable production lines with high quality yields.
• Participate in strategic sourcing discussionsin componentsourcing and inmanufacturing partner selectionsbased ontheircomponent reliabilityand manufacturing quality.

BasicQualifications

• BSorMSdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringor Electronic Engineering or related engineering degrees with a track record of relevant working experience.
• 10yearsofhands-onmanufacturing qualityexperiencewith high-volume manufacturing of consumer and commercial electronic products.
• ProfessionalwrittenverbalandpresentationskillsinEnglishand in Chinesewiththeabilitytoeffectivelycommunicatewiththe stakeholders.
• Abilityforasneededpan-AsianandUStravel.

RequirementsforthisPosition

• Provenrecordsofunderstanding thequality issues associated withmaterialsassembly and testing of consumer and commercial electronicproductsfrom the early prototype builds to the mass production builds.
• Established engineering capabilities in debugging production and product quality issues with effective engineering fixes for resolving/improving the issues.
• Established5years ofmanufacturing qualitymanagementexperienceincamera related products.
• Experienced inall aspects ofmanufacturing processes includingassembly and testingrequirementsespeciallythose forcamera productswireless communications productsand gateway/bridge products.
• General understandingof the potential manufacturing quality issues associated with the designofassembly jigs and testing fixtures forconsumer and commercial electronic products.
• Skilledin variousapplication softwaresuch as Excel and PowerPoint for effective communication on subject matterswith various stakeholders.
• Proficient in ISO-9001and ISO-14001requirements.
