About the Role
The Lead of Asset Allocation and Management Section is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and monitoring of investment asset allocation strategies. This role helps ensure the portfolio is aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and long-term investment goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and review asset allocation recommendations across investment portfolios
Monitor portfolio performance, market conditions, and rebalancing needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders on investment strategy and execution
Support reporting, analysis, and decision-making for management and committees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Investment, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Solid knowledge of investment principles and asset allocation
Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
5+ years of relevant experience in investment, portfolio management, or asset management
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience managing external managers and overseeing delegated investment mandates
Experience in insurance investment or institutional asset management
Familiarity with fixed income, ETF, and PE fund investments
Professional certifications such as CFA or equivalent

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
