F&B Service Expert (YEN)

Purpose of Role

To guide and train the F&B service expert by 12 months cross training among different operation venues to be qualified as a F&B service expert Team Leader position. (Cross training venues including the Seasons by olivier e. YEN Banquet Service In-Room Dining Bars - YEN Bar and WOOBAR/WET Bar total 5 venues)

Responsibly Description

• Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests using suggestive selling techniques.
• Perform as per SOS (sequence of service in different venues and shifts).
• Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
• Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
• Set up station and table to ensure they are complete.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas service pantry and equipment.
• Opening and closing duties.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• In accordance with the hotel/group policy complete online or classroom training within the prescribed time.
• Assist in project planning and execution.
• Perform various relevant duties as assigned by supervisor.

參與餐飲菁英種子養成計畫成為餐飲服務專家經由12個月的課程培訓以及現場輪調機制輪調單位包含:法式餐廳紫艷中餐廳宴會廳客房餐飲酒吧(包含紫艷酒吧WOOBAR及池畔酒吧)等共計五個單位在考核評估後可勝任餐飲/酒吧餐飲服務專家主任職務

主要負責事項

• 運用推薦性銷售技巧為客人點餐以及服務餐點
• 依照餐廳/酒吧服務流程提供服務在不同餐期
• 以顧客至上的宗旨達到客人的需求
• 負責客人的帳單檢視正確的付款及結帳
• 設置工作區與桌子確認完成工作
• 保持用餐區後場區域及設備乾淨整潔
• 開門及關門職責
• 遵守所有公司政策和流程
• 依飯店/集團政策於時間內完成線上或實體培訓課程
• 協助專案計劃與執行
• 其他主管交辦事項
