Branch Operations Taiwan, Analyst

Were seeking someone to join our team as an Analyst in Branch Operations to support Taiwan business activities across Cash Equities Listed Derivatives Stock Loan Taiwan Master Agent reporting and Bond Underwriting.

In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships.

This is an Analyst level position within Product Support & Services which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post execution processes.

What youll do in the role:

• Support Taiwan business operations across multiple products including equities derivatives and fixed income

• Perform end-to-end operational processes including client onboarding account opening trade booking clearing and settlement

• Prepare and submit regulatory reporting and ensure accuracy of Taiwan Master Agent reporting obligations

• Process cash payments and ensure timely and accurate transaction execution

• Respond to client requests with accuracy and speed while adhering to policies and procedures

• Identify operational risks escalate issues following governance frameworks and contribute to process improvements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operational support and service delivery
