As part of this transformation, we are looking for a Field Execution Excellence Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of field sales execution standards, performance management frameworks, and capability-building initiatives across Taiwan.
This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, field operations, analytics, and transformation, helping to ensure our frontline teams execute with consistency, productivity, and excellence across priority channels. Working closely with Field Sales, Commercial Planning, Trade Activation, Digital, Marketing, and external partners, you will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution and driving commercial performance through data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
This is a high-impact commercial leadership role that combines field sales excellence, business analytics, capability development, stakeholder management, and change leadership within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define, govern, and continuously improve Field Sales execution standards, sales routines, and in-store execution frameworks across multiple channels.
- Develop practical SOPs, playbooks, and field tools that translate commercial priorities into clear and actionable standards for frontline teams.
- Own the Field Sales performance framework, including KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, management reporting, and commercial performance reviews.
- Analyze field performance data, market intelligence, and execution insights to identify opportunities and drive productivity improvements.
- Partner with Field Sales leadership to optimize territory design, resource allocation, route planning, and coverage effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional governance and alignment across Commercial Planning, Key Accounts, Trade Activation, Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital, and Field Sales teams.
- Drive field capability building initiatives through targeted coaching, learning programs, certification frameworks, and continuous development plans.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, dashboards, and ways of working that improve execution quality and decision making.
- Define business requirements for field force systems, performance dashboards, reporting solutions, and data management tools.
- Monitor data quality, user adoption, and process effectiveness while driving continuous improvement and simplification initiatives.
- Support budget planning and resource allocation across field execution programs, capability initiatives, tools, audits, and partner activities.
- Ensure compliance with PMI policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards across all field execution activities.
We're Looking For
- 7–10+ years of experience within Field Sales, Sales Excellence, Commercial Excellence, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, Route-to-Market, or related commercial functions.
- Strong understanding of field sales operations, execution excellence, retail channel management, and commercial performance improvement.
- Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into scalable execution frameworks and measurable business results.
- Experience working within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or multinational commercial organizations.
- Strong analytical capability, including experience with KPI development, performance dashboards, business reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Knowledge of territory planning, route optimization, resource allocation, and field force effectiveness methodologies.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build alignment across senior leaders and commercial functions.
- Experience in capability building, coaching, change management, and performance improvement programs.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills.
- Previous people leadership experience would be highly advantageous.
