Sales Support Professional

Position Summary

The Business Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration support and optimization of the Salesforce platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users ensuring system functionality user access training and business process automation. The Administrator partners with business stakeholders to configure Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

User Management

• Create maintain and deactivate Salesforce user accounts.
• Reset passwords and troubleshoot login issues.
• Assign and manage user roles profiles permission sets and security access.
• Ensure users have appropriate system access based on business requirements.

User Support and Issue Resolution

• Act as the first line of support for Salesforce users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic system issues data-related concerns and user inquiries.
• Monitor system usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.

Training and Adoption

• Provide onboarding and training for new Salesforce users.
• Develop and maintain training materials user guides and documentation.
• Conduct refresher training sessions and promote Salesforce best practices.
• Support user adoption initiatives to maximize platform effectiveness.

Salesforce Configuration

• Configure and maintain custom fields objects page layouts record types validation rules and related system settings.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
• Implement configuration changes to support evolving business processes.
• Ensure system configurations align with organizational standards and requirements.

Process Automation

• Design build and maintain Salesforce Flows and workflow automations.
• Automate business processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Test and validate automation changes before deployment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience administering Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration reporting dashboards and Flow automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security user management and access controls.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and training skills with the ability to support users at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data management and data quality best practices.
