職位概述

酷澎正在尋找一位具備豐富經驗的中段物流/幹線運輸經理負責領導並優化公司中程運輸Middle-mile Transportation營運在此職位中您將全面管理酷澎物流網絡中所有卡車運輸業務Inbound Outbound涵蓋物流中心轉運中心及 配送站之間的運輸作業

您將協助建立標準化營運流程制定服務水準指標透過數據分析推動運輸成本下降並與跨部門團隊合作以支持業務規模持續成長

主要職責

1. 幹線運輸策略與營運管理Linehaul Strategy & Operations

• 規劃執行並優化酷澎物流網絡內的幹線運輸路線
• 提升車輛調度效率路線串接能力及卡車裝載率
• 持續推動運輸成本優化與節省方案

2. 系統與調度管理Systems & Dispatch Management

• 使用運輸管理系統TMS及倉儲管理系統WMS進行日常車輛調度管理
• 與 物流中心轉運中心配送站及第三方物流夥伴3PL保持即時營運溝通
• 確保運輸作業順暢且具備高度可視性

3. 績效與供應商管理Performance & Vendor Management

• 建立監控並持續改善運輸服務水準LOS及相關 KPI
• 管理第三方物流運輸供應商3PL
• 監督各路線營運績效及費用結算流程

4. 流程改善與跨部門協作Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Alignment

• 主導中程運輸Middle-mile相關策略專案
• 建立並標準化運輸作業流程
• 與供應鏈管理SCM物流履行中心CFS零售部門Retail及 Hub Operations 緊密合作解決營運瓶頸

5. 高階主管報告Executive Reporting

• 分析複雜物流數據建立可執行的 KPI 管理架構
• 向高階管理層提供關鍵營運洞察與策略建議
• 支持決策制定及資源配置

必備條件

• 大學四年制以上學歷
• 具備 10 年以上物流與運輸管理相關經驗
• 具備 2 年以上團隊管理經驗如 Team LeadSection Manager 或同等職級
• 具備 2 年以上物流流程設計營運 KPI 管理 經驗
• 曾直接向高階主管或 C-Level 報告營運成果
• 以日班為主
• 能配合旺季或特殊營運需求調整工作時段

加分條件

• 曾任職於以下相關產業者佳電子商務零售供應鏈快遞物流第三方物流公司
• 主修以下相關科系者佳物流管理供應鏈管理工業工程
• 熟悉SQL進階 ExcelTableauPower BI
• 能運用數據分析工具進行物流績效分析與決策支持
• 曾參與或實際使用以下系統
• TMSTransportation Management System運輸管理系統
• BMSBusiness Management System
• WMSWarehouse Management System倉儲管理系統
• 具備優秀的跨部門溝通與協作能力
• 具備商務英文溝通能力
