Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

• Work closely with key customers and CE team provide on-site and remote application support
• Support pre-sales activities including Tool demonstrations and product promotion and Benchmarking / BMT / H2H evaluations competitor information collection
• Support new feature introduction and application validation
• Build customer-specific Best Known Methods (BKM) and application guidelines.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Other tasks assigned by direct manager
  

Minimum Qualifications

Masters Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
