Introduction to the job

Join ASMLs Computational Modeling Team to develop next-generation Machine-learning and physics-based lithography models for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You will work closely with leading semiconductor companies to deliver innovative modeling solutions that improve accuracy performance and scalability for future technology nodes.

Role and responsibilities

Develop and validate computational lithography models including machine learning and physics-based models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy runtime and scalability.

Analyze customer characterization data and perform model calibration.

Support verification and production deployment of modeling solutions.

Drive innovation in machine learning modeling GPU acceleration and advanced process modeling.

Work closely with global teams and customers to resolve technical challenges and deliver customer solutions.

Education and experience

Master or PhD degree preferred.

Experience in machine learning data analytics or numerical modeling.

Skills

Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing lithography OPC or computational imaging is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

This position requires access to controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
